What’s your shipping policy?

SHIPPING: 

Enjoy FREE USPS shipping on all orders over $100.00 USD

Please allow 2-5 business days, for us to process and ship your order. We process orders Monday-Friday and are closed on Saturday, Sunday’s and National Holiday’s.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. LA LULU CO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department.

 

What is your local pick up policy?

Please allow 24 business hours for your order to be processed and packaged before pick up. You will be notified when order is ready for delivery. A pick up notification will be sent (via email or text message whichever you chose during checkout) when your order has been successfully delivered. 

 

What’s your Return/Refund/Exchange Policy?

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. Return’s are accepted up to 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us within 3 days of receiving your order. if you would like to exchange/return for store credit.

We DO NOT issue refunds, however, we DO issue store credit. The amount of from any returns that meet our below qualifications will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card sent to your email. Shipping will not be refunded if there is an exchange or return, unless there is damage or defective.

 

ALL ITEMS marked SALE/FINAL SALE = NO RETURN

 

Exchanges ( if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

We have the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping unless there is damage/defective. LA LULU CO is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments. We recommend mailing your returns using a carrier that offers tracking services.

 

Do you offer Store Credit?

At this time we ONLY offer store credit on approved returns/exchanges.
